Perhaps an alliance?

Hey guys! As you know, I have made 2 trailers for the LEGO Universe Project so far.

And with these, the project has gained a TON of popularity! We have an amazing community, building team, and more!
Anyways, to the point. I got a letter from Polt from the LEGO Uni-craft project, saying this.

Hello!
My Name is Polt or MrVarou if you like. Now I have seen your videos of your LEGO Universe project. Now I absolutely adore MC as it was my saving grace after the closing of LU. And I was brought together with friends to create an MC/LU project and I don't know if you have heard of this but our projects are almost identical. You may have heard of ours the, LEGO Uni-Craft Project, now I am given to understand that you know our project leader HunterBlackbrick. Now from what he told me you knew him in the early days of LU closing, when he was an immature ***, but I can assure you that he has changed, A Lot =P, I think I kinda rubbed off on him. But anyway I am proposing a project marriage of The LEGO Uni-Craft Project (Save Imagination Brick By Block) and The LEGO Universe Project (Rebuilding LEGO Universe, one block at a time) <---see what I meen by identical. Now this may be a broad move but I am not asking for full conversion to one or the other of our objects but rather a faction system, we will be collaborated. Now what dose this meen? Well imagine what we are doing in our projects now, such as your property system, texturing,and Monument Race system; and our Nexus Tower and LU Mobs Mod; and both our Avant Gardens, as I'm given to understand we both have that world done, and combined under one greater project with factions split from our projects I believe that we can ultimately honor the name of LU. And with this we may also have more power in numbers and different talents to stand a chance against the force that will destroy all our projects, Mythrun/Ariistuujj's mod: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PUNaULUeyM8 . I think everyone in the LEGO community who knows about LU moderators knows the great and powerful Mythrun, and hes making an MC mod that completely changes the character model and the game API. Well I hope you take this into deep consideration and just dismiss the idea immediately,

So, if I am correct, they are suggesting an alliance. What do you guys thing? Alliance, or no? Let me know what you guys think!

In a nutshell, they want to work together, but not become one project. So we will still be working ourselves, but also in a way, combine ideas. Property system, monument race, etc.

Hello Pie!
I understand what you mean when you say your confused because, stupid me, I forgot to tell you how our "alliance" would work =P. And also I was in no way accusing you of copying our project, I'm sorry if it came off that way, I simply meant that our projects are so similar that they would easily be compatible. Now back to how our "alliance" would work, here is what we were thinking:
1. We would both have a message on our home page saying that our projects are collaborated with each other such as on our we would say "The LEGO Uni-Craft Project is in part with The LEGO Universe Project (link to your home page)" and on yours you would say something like "The LEGO Universe Project is is in part with The LEGO Uni-Craft Project (link to our home page)" or anything of that sort.

2. We would Place members of our teams under factions such as: Texture Faction, Server Faction, Mod Faction, Build Faction, and Advertisement Faction. These factions would tend to both our projects needs. I will explain each faction in depth below.

3. BUILD FACTION: The build faction would be all our teams builders collaborating together and using each others talents and resources to create the sed build, whatever it may be, then posting the completed build on our sites, in the description we would say "This build was in part by The LEGO Universe Project (or LUC on your site)(insert link to other project's home page)". After the build is finished it would also be turned over to the Server Faction (explained later) and then the Advertisement Faction (explained later).

4.SERVER FACTION: To show our works of our projects we would have a server to show to the public (the LUC server or the LUP server which IDK if an LUP server exists). But we would go under one server and on that server would be the builds that our build faction creates as adventure worlds (and property worlds) along with a different world as a normal MC survival. The server faction would be people from our teams whom work as GM's, Mythrans (what we call admins on the LUC server), and owners (leaders of the two projects). The server faction would include everyone from both projects.

5. ADVERTISEMENT FACTION: The advertisement faction would include logo makers (me! =D), video trailer makers, and screen shot people. These would do such things for whichever project is in need of them and also for the group server when a new feature or world is coming. These would then be posted on each projects website and youtube with "This (build/feature) was in part by The LEGO Universe Project (or LUC on your site)(insert link to other project's home page)" in the description.

6. MOD FACTION: This Faction would combine whomever in each project has any modding skills to contribute to any mods you plan to make and the LEGO Universe Mobs Mod: http://legouni-craft.webs.com/apps/photos/album?albumid=14613001 by ProfessorBrickkeeper. This is a pretty strait forward faction =P.

7. TEXTURING FACTION: This faction would include the many people who have made skins (and texture packs *cough* *cough* HunterBlackbrick) on The LEGO Universe Project and The LEGO Uni-Craft coming together to make skins, shade skins, make block textures, and shade block textures. Also the faction would provide texture support for the builds that the building faction provides.

So this is the system we were thinking. We would accomplish things much faster and with more quality together but yet still stay in our respective projects. Let me know what you think of this, and note that this "alliance" is an effort of BOTH our projects so if something in this system to you favors one project over the other please tell me and we can create a compromise or discard the idea all together until we have a system that equally favors The LEGO Universe Project and The LEGO Uni-Craft equally and that we are both happy with,
