Club Nintendo codes - WANTED

It has come to my attention that on Club Nintendo, they have, for 1,200 coins, a Game and Watch. Let me just say, I've ALWAYS wanted one of these. And this is the opportunity! But I am going to need some help. Inside some Nintendo games, there is a slip of paper with a code on it for Club Nintendo. Please, if possible, send me these codes through a PRIVATE message. Thank you so much!

Is the Game and Watch a video game or a exclusive item? and btw I have a bunch of Nintendo club codes, I never used them ._.
